Engels geboortegedicht: ‘Make believe this is the first day’
Make believe this is the first day
Everything all brand new
Make believe that the sun is your own lucky
star
And then understand the kind of gift you are

Filled with hope
Filled with hope...
Strengthened by faith...
Born out of love...
Double the nappies
Double the nappies
and double the noise
Double the pleasures
and double the joys
Ten tiny little fingers
Ten tiny little fingers
That always want to play
That never stop exploring
The wonder of today
Ten tiny little fingers
That from the very start
Will reach out for tomorrow
Yet always hold your heart

A sweet little treasure
A sweet little treasure
sent from above
A coo and a smile
wrapped up in love
