Jij bent iemand die ik vertrouw
Jij bent iemand waarvoor ik leef
Jij bent iemand waar ik om geef

Maybe someday

Home is where the heart is
isn't that what people say?
But there are times it's not the truth
and it doesn't work that way

Sometimes there is that someone
who comes into your heart
when you don't even notice
and that is when it starts

That seed is planted deep within
and then it starts to grow
And before much time has passed
you're aware, and then you know

This love becomes your passion
and fight it as you will
Your dreams, your thoughts
your waking hours
keep trying to fullfill...

The burning love that's deep inside
that wants to screem and shout
For the one who knows you not
with crying "please let me out"

I cannot say how this will ends
I only know for shure
That there is someone in my heart
that forever will endure

So, home is not where my heart is
and, yes, it's sad to say
I love someone who knows me not
oh, to hope.... maybe someday....

Wie hield er van wie het meest?
Je lachen, je tranen, je geur en huid
Is het echt ooit waar geweest?

Een paar weken, het waren maanden
Soms ver weg, soms nog zo dichtbij
Is het alweer zolang geleden?
Kom je echt niet terug bij mij?

Ik weet dat het voorbij is
Ik weet dat het zo moest zijn
Ik weet dat het zo goed is
Maar God, wat doet het soms nog pijn
